Welcome to the Strip Tools Suite. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications and digital tools (collectively the "Apps") developed by Strip Dev ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any App within the Strip ecosystem, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

2. Description of Service

Strip Dev provides a suite of privacy-focused utility tools designed to audit, manage, and remove metadata from various media formats, including photos, videos, and audio files ("Scrubbing"). All Apps operate on a "Local-First" architecture, meaning all data processing occurs exclusively on your device hardware without the use of external processing servers.

3. In-App Purchases (Pro Upgrade)

Many of our Apps offer a "Pro" version accessible via a one-time In-App Purchase.

• Billing: All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. You agree to comply with Google’s billing terms.
• Pricing: Pro pricing is shown in Google Play at the time of purchase and may vary by region, currency, taxes, promotions, or future updates.
• Refunds: Since payments are handled by Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly through the Google Play Store interface and are subject to Google’s refund policies.

4. License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Apps for personal or professional use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any App.
• Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Redistribute or sell the Apps as your own product.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Apps (including logic, UI design, branding, and proprietary algorithms) are and will remain the exclusive property of Strip Dev. All product names, related logos, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Data and Content

• Your Media: We do not claim ownership of the media files you process. Your images, videos, and audio files remain strictly on your device.
• Risk of Loss: While our tools are designed to protect your originals (typically by creating a processed copy), you are responsible for maintaining backups of your original media. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from the use of the Apps.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strip Dev disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be 100% bug-free or that all types of metadata will be removed from every possible file format.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Strip Dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Punjab, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of any App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
